character introduction
Once there were two twins who ascended to the heavens above,
becoming the shining constellation of Gemini.

The name Dioscuri means “child of Zeus”. In the 3rd century BC book “Catasterismi", it is said that the constellation of Gemini is the Dioscuri, and that the twins were respectively called Castor and Pollux. A love surpassing what was held between this brother and sister was never to be seen again. Out of wanting to forever remember the close relationship the two held, Zeus created a constellation using the stars of two independent formations, thus naming the constellation Gemini.
impressions
A twinky pretty boy with blonde hair and a disgustingly deep voice. The Dioscuri were described in historical sources as "blond haired, large eyed, fair complexioned, and well-built with trim bodies." They are summoned at the physical age of their prime, and would probably look to be about in their early twenties to humans.
attitude
Castor is more likely than not to come off as rather unpleasant at first. As an Avenger, much of his personality is shaped by a resentment for humankind. He has a memory tailor-made to remember even the smallest slight against himself or Pollux, and many of his interactions can be defined through his contempt for them.

However, there are exceptions. For example, if you take Pollux out of the picture, he's actually pretty normal-passing as a guy who says few words and focuses on the task at-hand. Similarly, if you can put in the effort to understand him and be patient with him, it can pay off dividends in building a genuine bond or friendship. He just... might not process it entirely for what it is. Either way, he does value and acknowledge his allies.
abilities
As a Servant, Castor has strength, speed, durability and overall power that immensely surpasses what a human is capable of. He is capable of switching between a physical and spiritual form at-will, and so long as his and Pollux's Spiritual Core is intact, he can remain in this world. While his Saint Graph is shared with Pollux's as that of a Saber, he possesses significant traits of an Avenger as well.

A list of most of his abilities can be found on his TYPE-MOON page. In summary, most forms of modern magic will not have an effect on him. He can handle any vehicle that's not some kind of supernatural beast with decent skill by going off of intuition alone. He never ever forgets a slight against himself or Pollux. He infuses his efforts with magical energy, therefore increasing his capabilities. Finally, despite his overall attitude, he is capable of bringing forth hope and energizing others in their times of crisis.
background
A recap can be found between their TYPE-MOON and Wikipedia pages.

The abridged version is that the Dioscuri (whose name meant "sons of Zeus") were treated as minor gods of light, and seen as the patrons who protected sailors when they (the constellation of Gemini) shone at night. However, as time passed the story was rewritten—Pollux remained a divine child of Zeus born to Leda, but her brother, Castor, was the son of the mortal Tyndareus, king of Sparta.

They participated in many adventures in Greek legend, including accompanying Jason and the Argonauts on their quest to obtain the Golden Fleece. Ultimately, Castor ends up dying as a mortal, and it is when Pollux begs to share her immortality with him that they regain their place in the sky as the constellation of Gemini.

In Fate/ canon, Castor is pissed as hell that he was demoted from proper god to mortal who dies a mortal death. He blames humans for this and it's why he hates them.
